Michael Nacol represents Dr. Pepper driver of 18 Wheeler truck for severe injuries after huge crash, explosion and fire.
Recently Michael Nacol was retained to investigate claims against Dr. Pepper for what appears to be insufficient maintenance policies and procedures which lead to this fiery crash on September 6, 2010. The Rios family has hired Michael Nacol after Mr. Rios’s truck flew off of a freeway overpass and fell over 50 feet below. Mr. Rios amazingly survived the fiery crash, however, he remained in a coma in critical care for over 30 days with 3rd degree burns covering over 60% of his body and several other major injuries.
“It has been suggested that several drivers have now quit due to the unsafe policies of Dr. Pepper”, said Michael Nacol. “This is why we focus on the trucking industry. Someone has to hold these companies accountable when they put profits over people. In this case, their own workers.” As of the week of October 12, a temporary restraining order had been filed against Dr. Pepper prohibiting them from tampering with the truck remains or destroying or modifying any existing maintenance records.
